Where are Feluna products made?
All Feluna products are crafted in collaboration with a certified European production partner. Our formulas, packaging, and quality standards strictly follow EU cosmetic regulations to ensure safety and excellence.
Are Feluna products suitable for sensitive skin?
Our formulations use gentle, high-quality ingredients that comply with strict EU cosmetic standards. However, if you have sensitive skin or specific conditions, we recommend patch-testing before use or consulting a dermatologist.
What ingredients do you use?

Are your products dermatologically tested?
Yes. All Feluna products undergo safety assessments in compliance with EU Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 before reaching the market.
Are Feluna products cruelty-free?
Feluna does not test on animals. Our products comply with EU regulations, which prohibit animal testing for cosmetics sold within the European Union.
How should I store my Feluna products?
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Always close the packaging tightly after use to preserve freshness and efficacy.

Shipping & Returns
How long will it take to receive my order?
Every order is shipped with tracked delivery. Processing and shipping times vary based on demand and destination. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to follow its journey.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Feluna ships to most European countries. Shipping availability may vary depending on location and local regulations.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking link. You can check your delivery status anytime using that link.
What is your return policy?
Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. To request a return, please email support@feluna.eu.
What if my product arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, contact support@feluna.eu within 48 hours. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged items. Our team will help arrange a replacement or refund.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Contact support@feluna.eu immediately. If the order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to update the address. Once shipped, changes cannot be made.
