Terms and conditions governing your use of the Feluna store

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Feluna website and online store at feluna-cosmetics.myshopify.com and the purchase of products offered therein. Please read these Terms carefully before using our Site or placing an order.
By accessing or using our Site, or by placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Returns Policy, and Shipping Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site. Feluna reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page.

3. Eligibility
By using our Site and placing orders, you represent that:

- You are not located in a country subject to sanctions or trade restrictions that would prohibit the purchase of goods from Italy.
- You are using our Site for lawful purposes only.
4. Products and Availability
All products offered on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue, limit quantities of, or modify any product at any time without prior notice.
Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, including after an order has been submitted.
If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will notify you by email and offer you the choice of a substitute product, a store credit, or a full refund.
5. Pricing and Currency
Prices are displayed in EUR (€), GBP (£), or USD ($) depending on your region. All prices are inclusive of applicable VAT where required by law. Additional taxes or import duties may apply depending on your country of delivery and are the customer's responsibility.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place your order.
6. Orders and Contract Formation
When you place an order on our Site, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email confirming that your payment has been accepted and your order is being processed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of:
- Suspected fraud or unauthorised use of payment methods
- Pricing or product errors on the Site
- Inability to deliver to your location
- Failure to pass security checks
If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund within 14 business days.
7. Payment
We accept payment via the methods available at checkout, which may include Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and major credit/debit cards.
All payments are processed securely by certified third-party payment processors. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment method used is yours or that you are authorised to use it.
8. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, or events beyond our reasonable control.
9. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days from the day you received the goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of an unequivocal statement before the withdrawal period expires.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal include products that have been opened, used, or whose seal has been broken for hygiene or health protection reasons.

10. Refunds
Refunds for eligible returns are processed within 14 days of our receipt and inspection of the returned goods. Refunds are issued via the original payment method. We do not charge any fee for refunds.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Feluna website, including but not limited to logos, brand name, product images, text, graphics, and design, is the exclusive intellectual property of Feluna or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, or exploit any content from this Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Feluna's total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the product(s) to which the claim relates. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Delays or failures caused by third-party carriers or service providers
- Damage resulting from improper use, storage, or handling of products
- Temporary unavailability of the Site due to maintenance or technical issues
13. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Site or its content for:
- Any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Fraudulent or deceptive activities
- Transmitting harmful, offensive, or malicious code or content
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its systems
- Scraping, harvesting, or automated data extraction without our written permission
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy and, where applicable, European Union law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Catania, Italy.
For consumers in the EU, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
