Feluna provides secure, reliable, and fully tracked shipping to Europe, the United Kingdom and the United States. Below you will find all details regarding destinations, delivery times, shipping fees and return conditions.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • All 27 European Union countries
  • United Kingdom

Unavailable Shipping Countries

If a customer enters a shipping address located in a country that Feluna does not serve, Shopify will automatically block the checkout and display a message such as:

"Shipping is not available for your location."

This system ensures that no payment is processed, no order is created, and the customer cannot proceed until a supported shipping country is selected.
This guarantees that customers will never be charged for orders we cannot deliver.

2. Shipping Costs

We aim to offer free shipping whenever possible.
When free shipping does not apply, the shipping cost is displayed at checkout and may vary based on:

  • Destination country
  • Total order weight
  • Carrier availability

European Union (EU)

  • Standard EU Shipping: €4.99 (orders below €49)
  • Free EU Shipping: €0 (orders €49 or more)

United Kingdom (UK)

  • Standard UK Shipping: £6.99 (orders below £65)
  • Free UK Shipping: £0 (orders £65 or more)

United States (USA)

  • Standard USA Shipping: $4.99 (orders below $59)

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and seasonal volumes.

European Union

4–8 business days, up to 10–11 days in rare cases.

United Kingdom

5–9 business days, up to 10–11 days in rare cases.

United States

All delivery estimates include order processing and preparation.

4. Order Tracking

All orders include:

  • A tracking number
  • Automatic email notifications
  • Real-time tracking through a dedicated link

Tracking becomes available once the parcel is registered by the courier.

5. Order Weight & Packaging

Most Feluna orders fall within the standard shipping range (<2 kg).
Large or heavy orders may generate additional shipping costs, automatically calculated at checkout.

6. Customs & Duties

European Union

No additional customs fees apply.

United Kingdom

  • Orders under £135: generally duty-free
  • Orders above £135: the courier may apply import duties at delivery

United States
